GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

• Abstracts will be presented as oral or poster presentations

• Authors may suggest the mode of presentation (oral/poster); however it will be decided by the Editorial Board based on the quality of the abstract.

• Authors are instructed to submit the author declaration form signed by all authors at the time of initial submission.

• Please use the abstract template provided when preparing the abstract for initial submission.

• After the review process is completed authors will be instructed to submit the camera-ready version.

• Research presented could be under any theme of IPRS 2025.

• The research work should not be already published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

Notification of Acceptance                      - 10th October 2025

Submission of Camera Ready Copy      - 31st October 2025

Registration                                              - 14th October - 05th November 2025
