Introduction of Spice processing micro-enterprises in rural level

The National Institute of Post-Harvest Management has designed and tested the small scale process line for producing different types of spice products which is suited for small and medium scale entrepreneurs. Especially technology will be given how to produce spice products in terms of maintaining good taste, odor, color and proper preservative condition of the final products that will lead to provide good products to the consumer while generating the entrepreneurships as well. This project wishes to carry out awareness programs for the people who will be the targeted group for initiating rural level micro enterprises under spice processing. And the project proposes to provide grinding machineries and necessary utensils with 50% subsidized rate. But, Electrical requirements and spaces for the machinery establishment must be arranged by the beneficiaries.
